OverviewThe Care Transformation Steering Committee was convened to discuss how the Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC) can support hospital's care transformation work. This includes providing insight on formal Care Redesign Program (CRP) tracks, programs to incentivize existing care transformation initiatives (CTIs), and the informal sharing of care transformation strategies. The Steering Committee will help the HSCRC monitor the success of CRP, align and expand care transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities to better support hospitals and providers in their efforts.
